I have tried a white cake recipe and it came out pretty good, but was a little sticky on the top and was dense in the middle. Will be trying another soon.

My timeline for my project

I have not started any of my things yet. I will be starting them this coming up Friday.

My project is to make a three tier cake. It's going to be beach themed and have a saying on it. My due date is December 1st.
